Return Policy/COVID-19 Update
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy.
We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.
This policy is consistent at all our stores, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and
give a refund.
We do not accept returns.
We accept exchanges
You can request the exchanges, only within 2 days after receipt of the goods.
To exchange any product only for manufacturing defects, the customer must pay the shipping and handling costs.
Before of return, please, Contact customer service by e.mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), send product photos for approval by quality service.
The products must be returned with the original labels and the packing slip.
The products must not be washed.
No odors or stains
